Before any picture is packaged, it is scrutinised for the slightest defect. We do not send defective pictures, however, should you find a defect please return the item(s) by insured mail and we will happily replace the picture(s). Once an item has been purchased and sent, other than replacement of the item(s) no monetary refunds are entered into. ivanearlphotography.com have the right to changing the papers used as manufacturing of photographic papers will over time change as I have no control over these occurrences. However, we will maintain Epson Ultrachrome® as a benchmark of archival paper and inks and high gloss papers for our high end prints
